- What does membership cost?
- Founding pricing is to be announced. Founding List members will be told first, before rates are published.
- What does 24/7 access mean?
- It refers to planned round-the-clock access to the member lounge and house for eligible tiers. It is not unattended after-hours tobacco retail — purchases happen during staffed hours.
- Do I have to be a member to come in?
- No. The retail counter and humidor are open to the public, 21 and over. Membership is for the lounge, the events and the allocations.
- When do lockers become available?
- Personal humidified lockers are planned for the completed house. Private Reserve members are first in line, then Reserve by locker priority.
- Can I bring guests?
- Guest privileges come with Reserve and expand at Private Reserve. Every guest must be 21 or over with valid ID.
- Is membership transferable?
- Memberships are personal. Final membership terms will be provided in writing before any member is charged.
